Stir fried celery with mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch of celery
- 125g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
Cut the stalk and leaves from the celery. Wash the stalks and cut them into small strips. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Peel and dice the onion. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the onions until glazed. Crush the garlic clove and add to the pan. Stir the celery and mushrooms through the onion. Stirring frequently, cook the vegetables on a medium heat for a few minutes so that they are still crunchy to the bite. Add salt and pepper to taste.
