Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon snipped chives
- 1 teaspoon snipped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Melt the butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry the mushrooms for approximately 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the chives, parsley, garlic and lemon juice and fry for another +/- 2 minutes.
