Pan pizza with mushrooms

Ingredients
- 250g thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil (possibly with Italian herbs)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 slices of bread
- knob of butter or margarine
- 4 tablespoons ready-made tomato sauce
- 4 slices mature cheese
- 1 teaspoon pizza herbs
Preparation method
Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel and dice the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms, crush the garlic clove and add it to the mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Remove the crusts from the bread. Spread the slices with a little butter or margarine. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and place the bread slices in the pan buttered-side down. Divide the tomato sauce and the mushrooms over the bread. Cut the slices of cheese into strips. Place the cheese on top of the mushrooms and sprinkle with pizza herbs. With the lid on, heat the pan pizza for approximately 10 minutes.
